To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in a delivery zone serviced by WR Meals. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
WR Meals offers both one-time purchases and weekly subscription plans.
Automatic Renewal: If you choose a subscription, your plan will automatically renew each week. Your payment method on file will be charged the recurring amount until you pause or cancel.
Pricing: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing; however, any price changes for active subscriptions will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice.
Illinois Automatic Renewal Act: In compliance with 815 ILCS 601, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your Customer Dashboard.
The Deadline: All changes, pauses, or cancellations must be completed by Wednesday at 11:59 PM CST for the upcoming weekend delivery.
Late Cancellations: Because our meals are made-to-order with fresh ingredients, cancellations made after the Wednesday deadline cannot be refunded.
In-Progress Orders: Once the 3–5 day preparation window has begun, orders are considered "In-Progress" and cannot be edited or refunded.
Freshness: WR Meals are delivered fresh, never frozen. Each meal is labeled with a "Use or Freeze By" date.
Storage: It is the customer's responsibility to refrigerate meals immediately upon delivery. WR Meals is not responsible for foodborne illness resulting from improper storage or handling after the delivery has been made.
Halal Standards: Our Halal meals are prepared according to Sharia standards. We take significant measures to avoid cross-contamination, but we operate in a facility that also processes non-halal items.
While we offer Gluten-Free and Halal options, WR Meals does not guarantee the total absence of allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, soy).
Disclaimer: If you have a severe or life-threatening allergy, please be advised that our kitchen handles multiple ingredients, and we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
Schedule: Deliveries occur on Saturdays and Sundays.
Chicago-Specific Delivery: For deliveries within the City of Chicago, please ensure our drivers have clear access to your building or a secure drop-off point.
Assumption of Risk: Once the box is delivered to your specified address, the risk of loss (including theft) and food spoilage passes to you. We are not responsible for packages left unattended for extended periods.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, WR Meals does not accept returns.
Damaged/Missing Goods: If your order is damaged or incomplete, you must notify us at support@wrmeals.com within 24 hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion, issue a credit or a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, WR Meals, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or the consumption of our food.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Cook County, Illinois.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify customers of significant changes via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
